I've been feeling very depressed and I'm not sure what to do. I'm thinking about admitting myself to the psychiatric part of a hospital. I was wondering if anyone has done this or has any advice for me or anything.

I have BPD (emotionaly unstable, impulsive type as if the labels matter lol) aswell as other acronym diagnosis's like ptsd etc and my life has always been kind of impulsive looking back. Back then in the world of criminal shadows things were precariously balanced and much chaos still arose from my self destructive urge a need...

I've been to a lot of hospitalizations. they can be very helpful. I think you should pack a bag before hand in cacse you really get into a bad place. I think you should go and talk to someone about getting admitted. It will help. You can ask me anything you want
